Topaz Labs has a  30 day, no-questions-asked refund policy. That means that you're eligible for a full refund on any of our products within 30 days after purchasing, no reason required.

To request a refund, simply reach out to our support staff using the support Beacon on our website and we'll take care of that for you right away. Just make sure to have your order number or order email so we can quickly locate it

If you are asking for a refund because your programs are not working as expected, chances are there are some settings that simply need to be adjusted and it could be an easy fix.
