If for some reason you cannot connect to the live webinar, there are a few known solutions that can be tested out to resolve the issue:
  1. Switch Internet browsers to Google Chrome or Safari.
  2. Make sure your Internet connection is not spotty.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the GoToWebinar software.
  4. Reboot your system.
