AMD Graphics Cards

For AMD graphics cards with OpenGL support, some outdated drivers will cause red screen issues. The Windows Update feature will not automatically upgrade your driver. Instead, please visit AMD's Driver Download Page and follow the steps to manually identify your graphic card driver. You can also use the information from our auto-detection program to find your software.

Next, download the latest driver, and install it.

Older AMD Graphics Cards

AMD Radeon HD 4000 Series
AMD Radeon HD 3000 Series
AMD Radeon HD 2000 Series
AMD Radeon HD Series AGP
AMD Mobility Radeon HD 4000 Series
AMD Mobility Radeon HD 3000 Series
AMD Mobility Radeon HD 2000 Series

For the above cards, the latest driver detection may fail. If so, you will have to use the legacy driver software to update: http://www2.ati.com/drivers/legacy/13-9-legacy_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe
