If you accidentally purchased a product from our store twice, do not worry. We are quick to provide refunds for duplicate purchases and will be happy to do so, as long as you are within the 30 day refund period.
Please, open a new ticket via our support portal, and select the "refund" option from the drop down menu. Please include your order number from your confirmation email we sent you. This will allow us to process your refund even faster! Your order number will have 6 digits. Ex: #800800.
