If you've installed Impression and/or Glow successfully, but it simply is not opening when running either the standalone program, WindowsBlinds may be the issue.

If you're using WindowsBlinds (or a similar program) to alter the look of your Desktop, you may need to disable it while using Glow and/or Impression.
