If you have registered a 13-digit serial code (from a trade show or online vendor), this will be stored in a different database than our main store account. Please contact support and they can add this license key to your current account along with any others that are missing.
If the above is not the case, please contact support as well. It could be that the order is pending, or that you have license keys stored in a different database or under a different email.
Please be sure to list any other emails that might have been used along with your name to make the search process faster and we can resolve the issue for you.
