You can change your Topaz Labs password from your My Account page.  To change your password while logged in, first select the "Edit account info" link shown below.  Next, simply enter your Current (Old) password in the first box, then your new password in the second and third boxes.

If you are trying to log in, but can't remember your password, or you receive an error like the one below, then you will likely need to change your password with the process listed below.  However, please also be sure that you have spelled your email and password correctly first!

To reset your password when you cannot log in, please visit our Password Reset page by clicking the "Lost your password?" link.  You can find this on our login page.
  1. Select the "Lost your password?" link to start the process.
  2. Enter your Topaz Labs username or email address and press Reset Password.
  3. You will be sent an email that will provide you with a link to click that will allow you to reset your password.  If the link does not work, your email provider or client may be blocking hyperlinks.
  4. After clicking the link, enter your new password twice.
  5. Success!

If you are still unsuccessful in resetting your password, please Submit A Ticket, and we will reset your password for you!
