Not your Photoshop Version? This must be what you're looking for:

We support Photoshop Elements 13, 14, and 15. If you have an older version, you may configure your copy of Elements to access your Topaz Plugins using the guidance below. Utilities and tools will not include unsupported host editor versions.

In Photoshop Elements, the Topaz plug-ins can be accessed through the Filter menu. Make sure that you are exited out of the host program before you install the software. If the plugins are already installed on your computer, but are missing from the Filter menu, please first try restarting Photoshop / Photoshop Elements.

If that fails to work, we have some options below that will help you get things set up.

Please go to your preferences menu in Photoshop or Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor and select Plug-ins.

Check/enable the Additional Plug-ins Folder option then click Choose.

After that, please navigate to: Computer/Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support and select the Topaz Labs folder.  If you cannot find this folder, press Command ⌘ + Shift + C to open the Computer Directory

Be sure you are selecting the entire Topaz Labs folder. If you select a plugin folder, it'll add that plugin into the Filter menu, but remove everything else.
