Method 3 Manual Setup Advanced

 Mac

Please head to the Topaz Labs folder, located here:

Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Topaz Labs/

For each plugin that you would like to add to Photoshop, navigate to the following folder, using Adjust 5 as an example, and copy the .plugin file you find there:

Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Topaz Labs/Adjust 5/Plugins/Topaz_adjust5.plugin

Next, navigate to the Photoshop Plug-ins folder, and paste the .plugin file you just copied. Here are the various Photoshop CC Plug-in folders, by version:

Photoshop CC 2017 - Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-ins/CC/
Photoshop CC 2015.5 - Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-ins/CC/
Photoshop CC 2015 - Macintosh HD/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC 2015/Plug-ins/
Photoshop CC 2014 - Macintosh HD/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC 2014/Plug-ins/
Photoshop CC (2013) - Macintosh HD/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC/Plug-ins/

When you are finished copying/pasting the .plugin files, you should be able to restart Photoshop and see your Plug-ins in the Filters menu.

 Windows

First, head to the Topaz Labs plugins install directory, and find the folder where your plugin file resides. We will use Adjust 5 as an example:

32bit Host Editors - C:\Program Files (x86)\Topaz Labs\Topaz Adjust 5\PS_Plugins\

64bit Host Editors - C:\Program Files (x86)\Topaz Labs\Topaz Adjust 5\PS_Plugins_x64\

Copy the preset file located in this folder, for each plugin you would like to install into Photoshop. In this example, we are using the 64bit plugin, so we will copy tladjust5ps_x64.8bf.

Navigate to your Photoshop Plug-ins folder. Please see the version you're using below for the correct folder:

Photoshop CC 2017 - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-ins\CC\
Photoshop CC 2015.5 - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-ins\CC\
Photoshop CC 2015 - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Plug-ins\
Photoshop CC 2014 - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014\Plug-ins\
Photoshop CC (2013) - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Plug-ins\

Paste the tladjust5ps_x64.8bf file into the Plug-ins folder.

If you are prompted, confirm that you want to paste the file by pressing the Continue button. Start/Restart Photoshop, and get to editing!
